From her analytic focus, she brings a knowledge base of optimizing market strategy--guiding broad concepts into strategic business action. Jasmine additionally works in the Minneapolis community with groups to facilitate idea awareness, women empowerment, diversity and technology development.

Kurt holds over 9 years of professional experience as a performance artist working with companies such as: Aniccha Arts, Theater Mu, Stuart Pimsler Dance and Theater, Black Label Movement, and the Ordway. In addition to his professional dance experience, Kurt has been working with Minneapolis and St. Paul high schools as a teaching artist, educational consultant, and staff trainer for the past 5 years.
He is ecstatic to be part of Monicat Data, with interests in the intersections of art, education, and analytics.

After producing her first show, Cassie joined Mainstreet Musicals as the University Relations Advisor. Professionally, she holds experience in IT within business analytics and project management. She additionally holds vast global insight from her travels with Remote Year visiting 12 countries, in 12 months.
Cassie believes technology has the ability to close the gap for design, art and performance organizations in how they capture data, interpret--and make directional decisions based on data analysis. Cassie believes Monicat has the ability to close that gap and further the success of the arts.
