Jasmine Russell, Monicat Head Founder, CEO | Lead Data

Hometown Fort Wayne, IN. Jasmine holds 9 years of experience within quantitative and qualitative market research and digital analytics across markets of: creative, retail, consumer products, healthcare, service and technology industries. From her analytic focus, she brings a knowledge base of optimizing market strategy--guiding broad concepts into strategic business action. Jasmine additionally works in the Minneapolis community with groups to facilitate idea awareness, women empowerment, diversity and technology development.

Art has set the foundation of her perspective in viewing data. She seeks to broaden the creative community's perspective of data usage to elevate understandings of their craft and work.

Kurt Blomberg, Monicat Co-Founder | Lead Facilitator

Hometown St. Paul, MN. Kurt holds over 9 years of professional experience as a performance artist working with companies such as: Aniccha Arts, Theater Mu, Stuart Pimsler Dance and Theater, Black Label Movement, and the Ordway.  In addition to his professional dance experience, Kurt has been working with Minneapolis and St. Paul high schools as a teaching artist, educational consultant, and staff trainer for the past 5 years.  

He is ecstatic to be part of Monicat Data, with interests in the intersections of art, education, and analytics.

Cassandra Utt, Monicat Co-Founder | Project Management & Relations

Bowling Green State University. Bachelor of Music, Vocal Performance. Bachelor of Science, Computer Science.              

Hometown Salem, OH. Cassie holds a unique passion for the arts. Under her leadership,  Cassie founded two performance based organizations at BGSU, Broadway Cares and Classical Singers Forum. After producing her first show, Cassie joined Mainstreet Musicals as the University Relations Advisor. Professionally, she holds experience in IT within business analytics and project management. She additionally holds vast global insight from her travels with Remote Year visiting 12 countries, in 12 months.

Cassie believes technology has the ability to close the gap for design, art and performance organizations in how they capture data, interpret--and make directional decisions based on data analysis. Cassie believes Monicat has the ability to close that gap and further the success of the arts.

Hometown Saint Paul, MN. Danielle is a results-driven professional with 10+ years of experience in relationship cultivation, building and stewardship, program and project management, events planning, sponsorship and promotions for various non-profit organizations in the Twin Cities.

Danielle is the creative force behind meaningful strategy to best connect organizations and individuals to the resources Monicat Data can provide that can best support their measurable growth in the creative economy.
